  Silver Price Explosion I like to hear interesting news reports before the events actually take place. Clif High's latest prediction is that scientists will soon discover that one isotope of silver can be used to bend time and space. Major banks try to manipulate down the price of silver by selling massive naked silver future contracts with promises to deliver the actual physical silver by the stated future dates to the buyers of the futures contracts, but they don't actually own much real silver. This creates a fake appearance of a glut of real silver. When the price gets driven down they turn around and buy the paper contracts back at an artificially low price and later sell more futures contracts with delivery dates farther out in time. When the silver price occasionally breaks through and rises up to its true value based on real supply and demand it bankrupts the banks holding the naked unbacked short positions, think Bear Stearns in 2008. Voyager Contact Clif High's latest revelation is that the Voyager satellite has hit the end of the Sun's influence area and has been contacted by an intelligent lifeforce. It sent back a picture icon of a human. NASA contractors looked at the picture and were each dramatically influenced differently. This is probably the Fourth Turning for our present human civilization. We have finally met these space aliens' minimum threshold of advancement for them to contact us publicly.
